3. Payments

• • No refunds once significant work has begun (unless agreed)

4. Intellectual Property

• • Nofabi may showcase work in portfolio unless requested otherwise

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

6. Limitation of Liability

Nofabi is not responsible for:

• • Business losses or indirect damages
